Who Are We
The Athlete Future Foundation is a student-run, non-profit organization providing free career guidance services to high-level athletes. Our team is composed of students from Boston University Questrom School of Business, who expertise in helping athletes market themselves to potential employers and universities.
Kaushal manages strategic partnerships with the Olympic committee. Kaushal also works with the Athlete Career Education program to introduce and propose partnership opportunities.
Kaushal served as the Vice President of Investment Research for BU Finance & Investment Club; Summer Financial Analyst for Sizigi; and Wealth Management Intern for Magellan Financial Solutions, LLC. He will be starting as an Investment Banking Summer Analyst for KeyBanc Capital Markets in the upcoming year.
Kaushal is currently a junior at Boston University working towards a degree in Business Administration.
Director of Strategic Development
Bente manages the finances and works to raise money for the organization along with organizing and managing the Scholarship and Grant Database.
Bente served as an Investment Banking Summer Analyst for UBS and a member of the Operations Team for Eye2Eye.
Bente is currently a junior at Boston University working towards a degree in Economics with a minor in Business Administration. Outside of the Foundation, Bente spends her time doing Olympic Weightlifting.

Quentin is responsible for connecting athletes with editors.
Quentin is a Fall Analyst at Pega Ventures and is the Vice President of Corporate Relations for BU’s Finance & Investment Club. Previously he was an Investment Banking Summer Analyst at Momentum Cyber, and a Private Equity Summer Analyst at HealthEdge Investment Partners.
Quentin is currently a junior at Boston University working towards a degree in Business Administration. Outside of the Foundation, Quentin enjoys playing Golf.
Kevin created the Athlete Future Foundation with the purpose of assisting Olympic Athletes by providing support towards their educational and professional goals.
Kevin developed his passion and love for the Olympic sporting community while participating in the 2018 Short Track Olympic training program in Salt Lake City, UT. Kevin is currently a junior at Boston University working towards a degree in Business Administration. Outside of the Foundation, Kevin enjoys playing the Ukulele and rock climbing.
Director of Marketing
Andy Chang is the Director of Marketing of Athlete Future Foundation. Andy oversees and manages all marketing initiatives.
Prior to co-founding Athlete Future Foundation, Andy was the founder of StudyDate LLC in Boston. Earlier in his career, he served as a marketing intern in Assia, Inc.; and as a business management intern for Alchip Technologies.
He is currently a senior at Boston University working towards a dual degree in both Business Administration and Political Science. Outside of the Foundation, Andy enjoys photography, art, and riding his bike.
